Munich Airport transfers to the Alps

In the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name on it. We send you the driver’s name and phone number the evening before the transfer, roughly 12 hours ahead. Switch your phone on as soon as you land, because the driver will call or message you to agree exactly where to meet.

Give us your flight number when you book. We monitor arrivals and move the pickup to the actual landing time at no extra cost. From the moment your flight lands you have 60 minutes of free waiting, which allows for immigration and baggage reclaim. Waiting beyond that is charged at the rate stated in your confirmation. If your flight is diverted, or you miss it, tell us as soon as you can. We will try to rearrange the transfer, but a new journey may have to be booked and paid for.

Yes. Skis, snowboards and similar equipment are carried free of charge. Declare them when you book, so we send a vehicle that can take them.

Yes, child seats and booster seats are available on request. Ask for them when you book and tell us the age of each child, so the right seat is fitted. The law on child restraints differs between the countries we drive in, and we fit what the law of the country requires.

A minivan seats up to 4 passengers and a minibus up to 8. Groups of 9 to 16 travel in two minibuses. For 17 to 24 passengers we use three, so please contact us and we will arrange it.

No. Every transfer is private: the vehicle is yours alone for the journey and is not shared with other parties.

Yes. We drive you to the address in your booking, whether that is a hotel, a chalet or an apartment.

Prices are in euro and include VAT where it applies, all tolls and standard luggage. The price quoted when you book is the price you pay, unless you change the booking. Depending on the option shown at checkout you pay in full when booking, or pay a 30% deposit with the balance due before travel. The balance can be paid by the payment link we send you or in cash to the driver on the day.

Yes. Cancel 48 hours or more before the pick-up time and you receive a refund of everything you have paid, apart from the payment and administration fees, which make up the deposit. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the pick-up time no refund is due, because the vehicle and driver have by then been committed to your journey. Yes, every route runs in both directions. For a pickup at an address the driver arrives about 15 minutes before the booked time. Road transport in the Alps is affected by weather, traffic and road closures, so we recommend allowing a comfortable margin before a departing flight.
